Stanford freshman Harrison Ingram is withdrawing from the 2022 NBA Draft, the team announced on Saturday. He will return to the Cardinal for his sophomore season.
Ingram, 19, won Pac-12 Freshman of the Year honors in 2021-22, the fifth player in Stanford men's basketball history to do so. He averaged 10.5 points, 6.7 rebounds and three assists per game, earning a spot on the Pac-12 All-Freshman team. Ingram became the only Pac-12 freshman to average double-digits in scoring during the season.
Prior to Stanford, Ingram was a McDonald's All-American in high school, playing for St. Mark's School in Dallas, Texas. The Cardinal finished 16-16 in 2021-22, ninth in the Pac-12 conference.
