Simon Adingra is travelling for a medical at Brighton ahead of a potential move worth around £6 million, it is understood.
The Ivorian forward is expected to join Brighton from Danish club Nordsjaelland.
Adingra has impressed for Norsjaelland since joining the club in 2020. He has made 38 appearances for the first-team in the league, scoring 11 goals. Adingra made his professional debut in April 2021, scoring for Nordsjaelland after coming on from the bench.
The 20-year-old came through the Right to Dream Academy in Ghana before moving to Denmark.
Brighton will be hoping Adingra can help them reach even greater heights in the future. Graham Potter's side managed to post an impressive ninth-place finish in the Premier League, just five points behind West Ham United and a place in the Europa Conference League.
They have already been active in the market this summer, signing Paraguayan striker Julio Enciso from Libertad. They have also sold Yves Bissouma to Tottenham Hotspur.Simon Adingra travelling for Brighton medical ahead of proposed £6m move - The Athletic View Story
