A pane of glass fell on the official after the Bruins scored a power-play goal to take a 3-1 lead.
An NHL off-ice official stationed in the Bruins' penalty box was taken off the ice on a stretcher in the second period of Game 3. TD Garden staff placed a neck brace on the official, who was taken to the hospital for precautionary reasons and is conscious.
"We obviously want him to be well," said Bruins forward David Pastrnak during the intermission on TNT. "These things are always scary for everybody. ... Hopefully, he's going to be fine and healthy."

"Our thoughts are with the NHL off-ice official who was injured," the Bruins tweeted. "We are sending him our best wishes."
