The Dallas Mavericks removed a fan at the American Airlines Center during Game 4 on Sunday after an incident with Phoenix Suns point guard Chris Paul's family.

"The Dallas Mavericks are aware of an incident between a fan and the family of Chris Paul," the team said in a statement after the game. "It was unacceptable behavior and will not be tolerated."

Paul was shown speaking to security about an incident in the crowd during the 111-101 loss. He later tweeted his thoughts on what happened.

"Wanna fine players for saying stuff to the fans but the fans can put they hands on our families…f**k that," Paul said.

The Mavericks and Suns are tied 2-2 in the series. Game 5 is on May 10 at 10 p.m. ET.
