Boston Celtics center Robert Williams will miss Game 6 of the Eastern Conference semifinals against the Milwaukee Bucks due to left knee soreness, the team announced Friday. Williams missed games 4 and 5 with the same injury.

Celtics coach Ime Udoka addressed Williams' injury, saying, "The pain is still there and we’re not going to put him out there until he’s 100 percent."

Williams, 24, has played in five games during the 2021-22 NBA playoffs, averaging 6.2 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game.

The Bucks lead the series 3-2 and can clinch a spot in the Eastern Conference finals Friday night.
